Welcome to Shakti Wings Community. By using our website, mobile app, or services (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms.
1. Membership
You must be 18 or older to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
2. Community participation
- You may post content, comment on other posts, upload media and interact with community members.
- You retain ownership of your content, but grant Shakti Wings a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, distribute and moderate that content on the Platform.
- You are solely responsible for the content you share and for the accuracy of any claims you make.
3. Marketplace — sellers & buyers
- Sellers list products at their own price and are responsible for accurate descriptions, images, stock, pricing, taxes, dispatch and returns.
- Buyers are responsible for their orders once placed. Delivery timelines, refunds and returns are managed between the buyer and the seller unless Shakti Wings intervenes as moderator.
- Shakti Wings is a marketplace platform, not the seller of the products listed by community members.
4. Payments & wallet
- Real-money payments (recharges, orders) are processed by Razorpay. You accept Razorpay's terms when you initiate a payment.
- SMC (Shakti Meta Coins) are an in-platform points system. SMC has no cash value outside the Platform and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged externally.
- Wallet balances, rewards and redemptions are provided as-is and may be adjusted by Shakti Wings to correct errors, prevent abuse, or apply promotional rules.
5. Chapter & leadership programme
Leader recognition, chapter membership and rewards are governed by the current Shakti Wings community rules. Membership in a chapter is at the discretion of the chapter leader and the platform. Nothing in these Terms guarantees earnings, rank or income.
6. Prohibited activities
You agree not to:
- Post illegal, hateful, harassing, defamatory, sexually explicit, or fraudulent content.
- List prohibited products (weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, adult content, etc.).
- Use the Platform to spam, phish, scrape, or otherwise abuse other members.
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer or disrupt Platform services.
7. Content moderation, reporting & blocking
You can report any post, product, review or user via the report button. You can also block other members from your community feed. Shakti Wings may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion.
8. Intellectual property
The Shakti Wings name, logo, branding, luxury design system and platform code are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify or use them for commercial purposes without written permission.
9. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that any specific outcome (sales, followers, income) will result from your use.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shakti Wings, its founders and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Platform.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
