Shakti Wings Community respects your privacy. You have full control to delete your account and associated personal data at any time.
Delete from inside the app
The fastest way to delete your account:
- Sign in to shaktiwingscommunity.com or the Shakti Wings Android app.
- Go to Profile → Delete My Account.
- Type the confirmation phrase and tap Delete Permanently.

Request deletion by email
If you cannot access your account, email us from the address you originally signed up with:
Please write "Account Deletion Request" as the subject. We will action verified requests within 7 business days.
What gets deleted immediately
- Your name, email address, mobile number, city, state, profile photo and bio.
- Your password (rendered invalid so no one can sign in as you).
- Your community posts (content is redacted; likes/comment count structure may remain to preserve other users' comments).
What may be retained (anonymised)
- Order records with your identity removed — required for accounting, tax, and dispute resolution obligations.
- Wallet ledger entries (SMC earn/spend history) with your identity removed — required for financial reconciliation.
- Aggregate community statistics (e.g. total members, total posts) with no personal identifiers.
These retained records cannot be used to re-identify you.
Recovery / grace period
There is no recovery. Account deletion is immediate and permanent. Please be sure before you confirm.
